We met a blogger a few months back; while Kelly teaches full-time, she and her hubby TRAVEL and TASTE all over the Austin area, and beyond. And then she blogs about it on DiscoveringATX.com ! We met at one of our now-favorite restaurants "Tilllie's" at the beautiful Camp Lucy resort, which is located right down the street from us on Creek Road in Dripping Springs.
Kelly and her hubby were really fun to chat with that evening, so we invited them to come visit and see our lodging and event venue! It took a while for schedules to mesh, but we caught up months later and they were happy to come see our newest addition: The Treehouse! This Summer, we added these fun suites to our lodging, so NOW we can host about 40 guests in our cottages, and hold gatherings for up to about 200 at our WindSong Event Venue. We love Wedding Weekends and family reunions and are excited about this addition. So we couldn't wait to show them around! We chose "The Charlie" suite for their stay -- a romantic getaway with such serene views through those big beautiful windows!
Based on her blog and our conversation later that weekend, they loved it!
