LODGING ACCOMMODATIONS

Sweet vacation rentals with the comforts of home, under the starry skies of Dripping Springs -- a Dark Sky Community.  

 We offer a variety of accommodations from comfy Fully-Furnished homes to lovely cottages, and even a Glamping Experience.  All have HVAC, premium beds with lovely linens, fully-stocked Coffee Bars, and loads of charm!  All suites have free WIFI & streaming TV,  too.

   

Amenities vary by Suite, so see specifics on each to choose the best one for your needs.

Four (4) Private Treehouse Cottages

and a beautiful common deck at the top!

COTTAGES ON THE COURTYARD  

Three (3) Cottages on the Courtyard accommodate 2-6 guests depending on which one strikes your fancy! Each unique and situated for privacy, but with lovely common spaces nearby to relax with a propane fire table, a swing and more.

THE COUNTRY HOUSE

Sleeps up to 10 guests:

  • 3 Bedrooms/3 Full Baths (Q/Q/3 fulls)

  • Full kitchen with beautiful dining & living spaces, indoors as well as outdoors! 

  • Wonderful covered deck with big TV, grill, warming drawer... you'll love it.

 

Call about option to add our great Open Range camper (sleeps 4) to this unit, too! 

ALEXANDER'S FARMHOUSE

Sleeps up to 9 guests:

  • 4 Bedrooms (K/Q/Q/F/T - King Suite has separate entry with ensuite bath)

  • 4 full bathrooms

  • Lovely, fully-equipped kitchen with beautiful dining & living spaces  

  • Gracious front porch with outdoor seating space as well as a grill and sunrise views. 

  • Big, shady front yard, fully fenced - fenced back yard, too

OUR WAYBACK GLAMPING EXPERIENCE

Enjoy our Glamping Experience in Ava's Wayback. 

On the "Back 20" is our Camper Court, tucked in some trees, featuring 2 cool campers:  The Ramblin' Rose and The Bluebonnet. Both spacious and comfy, with all you need to cook, relax, and feel at home, with fully-stocked Coffee Bars, and great kitchens (both indoors & out!), picnic seating and private decks. Stargaze or take a nature walk. There are  yard games, too, and a propane Fire Table so you can relax under those stars and soak in the setting.

The Happy Hideaway (big!) Camper (sleeps 2-4)                                             OR

The Open Range Camper (sleeps 2 - 4)

The Happy Hideaway is our largest camper, with 2 fireplaces and a King bed, big living and kitchen

The Open Range is our most affordable lodging option, with a Queen plus 2 twins. 

We have a 2-night minimum on lodging, but may accommodate single-night reservations within a week or so of your desired date. Some holiday weekends may have a 3 night minimum. Questions?  Give us a call!   

We also offer Group Reservations, Wedding Blocks and Lodging Blocks for 45+ guests, perfect for Family Reunions, Corporate Retreats and more.
